One way travel from Leeds, Wakefield, Meadowhall, Trowell Services, Leicester Forest, Northampton, South Mimms, Waltham Abbey, Gravesend & Dover and drop-offs will be at Reims (Overnight Stay will be required for those heading south) and the following day at Beaune, Macon Nord, Lyon Sud, Valence Sud, Orange, Montpellier, Narbonne & Rosas.
This long established route has proved extremely popular with our clients.
The drop off points will be:-
Reims - Enjoy good access to the Marne Valley. Here we will having an overnight stay (for those heading further south) for which you will need to book your own hotel, a link will be sent with the hotel options near to the drop off/pick up.
Beaune
Scenic routes north to the Parc Régional du Morvan and quiet roads south to the Jura Mountains. Low gears needed!
Macon Nord
Explore the Jura Mountains, head east to the Alps or south east to the plateau of the Dombes, or enter the Massif Central for some excellent cycling.
Lyon Sud
Well placed for the Jura Mountains, the Chartreuse, French Alps and Lyonnais Mountains.
Valence Sud
Starting point for exploring the Vercors. Tough climbs reaching 1000ft high, offers superb views and easy riding once you're up there. Further east the mountains of the Alps offer snow capped scenery and the chance to tackle some of the classic mountain passes.
Orange
Go west to the Ardeche or head east into Provence and enjoy Mont Ventoux or the mountains of the Luberon and the Gorge du Verdon. Easier cycling can be found in the Rhône Valley.
Montpellier
Flat easy cycling to the mouth of the Rhône. More challenging cycling is in the countryside of the Cévennes and Gorges de Tarn.
Narbonne
Flat easy cycling to the north and west and Carcassonne is an opportunity to explore the foothills of the Pyrénées.
Rosas
Why not head inland and explore the volcanic natural parks beyond Banyoles, or cycle the fascinating nature reserves of Emporda. Or if you want to use a base on the beautiful Bay of Roses, then look at our Fixed Holiday Options at Hotel Marian Platja HERE.
Alternatively, if you need a day or two to recover at the Hotel Marian Platja, or just rest, it is ideal. Please contact us and we can contact the hotel for prices.

Where do I find out the exact location of my pick-up?
The easiest way to find your pick-up point is on the 'Pick-up points' tab above. You can manipulate the google map by clicking and dragging the cursor so that you point is in the centre of the map and then you can zoom in and out by using the '+' and '-' buttons on-screen. The point that you can see on the google map when you are fully zoomed in is the exact area where the European Bike Express Coach can be found. Click on the "Satellite" tab to get an accurate picture.
Do I have to give a Mobile Number?
We strongly recommend that you supply us with a contact number in case we need to advise you of any important information about your transfer close to the time of departure. For example if we are running late due to unforeseen circumstances, then we will keep you updated by text. After over 35 years of experience we highly recommend that you provide us with this information so that we can make your travel arrangements go as smoothly as possible.

Where can I book the Hotel for Reims?
We will be parking the Coach at the Ibis Reims, Tinqueux 51433, although there are other Hotels in the Area. The Hotels can be found HERE on Google Maps. You can click on them there or go to the Hotels direct websites or Trivago, Expedia, Hotels.com or Booking.com or indeed any website that sells hotels. You must book them independently and we would advise booking them with free cancellations. We will be leaving the hotel at 06:00 the following morning. Please do not book breakfast as this won't be available until 06:30 and we will have left. We will stop at around 08:15 to allow you to get breakfast.
